About the ingredients: I purchase my botanical skin care oils, extracts, flower hydrosols, essential oils, and minerals from trusted wholesalers who supply me with organic, cold pressed, and minimally processed ingredients whenever possible. For some formulas, I incorporate synthesized ingredients, derived from plants and other natural sources. Using small amounts of synthetic preservatives are also used to protect you and my botanical formulas from potentially dangerous mold, yeast and bacterial growth. This also allows for a reasonable shelf life without the need for refrigeration.
