Payment - After filling out the required info on the checkout page, you will be taken to the PalPay Gateway. No need to have a PayPal account.  At the PayPal screen, simply click continue to go pay. If you are shipping to Texas, sales tax will be included into the product total.  You will receive an Email from Flying Moon Botanicals upon receipt of your order.  Please check your TRASH or SPAM mail box.  If you do not receive an email, your order probably did not process.  You can contact flyingmoonbotanicals@gmail.com for assistance.

Shipping – FMB attempts to keep shipping and handling costs at a reasonable level.  Most packages ship within 24 hours of receipt of order.  Orders placed on the weekend will not ship out until Monday.  We will ship the most cost effective way, usually USPS. 

Returns Policy – Due to the nature of Flying Moon Botanicals products, returns typically cannot be accepted.  However, please contact Flying Moon Botanicals immediately if you have any product concerns.  Your satisfaction is important to me.

Privacy – Any information gathered from you is considered confidential and used for Flying Moon Botanicals business only. 

Security – Your credit card information is fully protected with a secure socket layer (SSL) firewall.

Recycling – Flying Moon Botanicals will securely pack your product order with recycled packing peanuts, bubble wrap, or shredded paper when on hand, and may ship your package in a previously used shipping box.  Protecting our environment can be accomplished with practical measures and loving kindness in our hearts.
